Reliability Analysis/Testing
Study that allow us to look into the properties of the scales of measurement and the elements that constitute them is called as the reliability analysis.
The analysis provides many results to evaluate the internal consistency i.e., ability of the items to measure the same phenomenon or the same dimensions of a scale and also provides information on the relationships between the different elements composing the scale. This analysis is used to check whether a topic/subject in a questionnaire is consistent with each other. Reliability Testing is used to verify that a given software is capable of performing a failure-free operation for a specific period of time in a working environment. It assures that the product is reliable for its intended purpose.
